TRESSY DOLL, SECOND RELEASE, PALITOY

The rare second 'new' Tressy release by Palitoy, circa 1972.

Complete, unused, ex-shop stock condition. The existing partial outer original shrink wrap was removed as it was causing constriction to the box, resulting in the side accessories to dislodge from their positions.  The tape securing the key to the doll stand base has been replaced by a new piece of tape otherwise everything is original.

The final image pictures the piece in protective clear acid free acetate wrap which has been added to aid display but can easily be removed.

A stunning example of this hard to find release.

    JOE 90 PEDIGREE 6″ FIGURE

    A rare 1968 issue 6″/15 cm tall Joe 90 figure doll made by Pedigree. Complete with all accessories, appears never removed from box. Box exhibits very slight age wear.

    Joe 90 was the Gerry Anderson Supermarionation television series that followed Captain Scarlet. Very little merchandise was produced in connection with the show and it is tough to source today.

    STAR WARS – THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK 15″ IG-88 FIGURE

    A rare vintage Kenner 1980 15″ tall IG-88 figure doll. Complete with all accessories. Figure is in excellent condition. The box exhibits typical slight age wear and the internal insert card has a small tare to the edge of where one of the gun accessories is stored. Presented and provided in custom acrylic case with sliding base (see final two images).

    IG-88 is by far the hardest to find of the large vintage figure range having originally only been marketed in the USA and the only large figure produced solely for The Empire Strikes Back (Boba Fett was issued in a Star Wars box prior to it's Empire box release).
