‘SANTA CLAUS’ boxed battery operated Tin Toy, Japan

Wonderful all original vintage toy, approx. 32 cm tall. Complete.

Toy is in very good condition, appears unused, complete with internal packing and card sleeves to interior of battery compartments. Box exhibits expected age wear and the round see through window plastic has split. When batteries are in place the eyes light up on the toy but there are no other actions. This may be due to the variation between vintage and modern style batteries or it may need attention (such toys are usually easy to make functional due to the relatively simple internal mechanics).
